'Imported Credit Card Account' keeps getting created

Hi can anyone help. Since updating I seem to have a 'new' credit card account called 'Imported Credit Card Account' with no activity in it. I delete it and it re-occurs later. It might be related to downloading credit card statement from the bank for my regular credit cards. How can I stop this happening. Many thanks.
