Synching data with Chase

Hello,
I've synched Moneydance with my Chase bank accounts. It connects and downloads data, but it is only downloading withdrawals and credit card charges, it does not log any deposits. Not sure why that could be, any suggestions for troubleshooting?

Hi Zach,
Q. Is it possible that when you set up online banking, that you synced to the wrong account?
From your description, it sounds like you synced to a credit card account but were intending to sync to a bank account.

Thank you! It appears you are correct. Selected the correct account this time, and now the world makes sense again.
