credit card transaction downloads

The system acts like transactions are downloaded and it confirm the number downloaded but none show up in the register. Also, the balance seen on the register is very different than the balance shown on the left hand account summary. It's almost as if the summary includes the downloaded transactions. Also at the bottom of the register it is says "153 unconfirmed transactions"....not sure what this means.

Hi Craig,
You have 153 downloaded and unconfirmed transaction in your account.
To integrate these txns into the register you can do one of two things:
You can either click the 'Split Window' button which is next to the 'New Transaction' button in the upper right-hand corner of the register.
Or you can 'drag' the header that states that you have 153 unconfirmed transactions upwards to reveal the hidden txns.
