With the latest release of the Moneydance app (iOS 5.x) future transactions show up as pale blue (good), but after the future date has passed, they remain blue (not good; see attached screen shot). In addition, it seems that all transactions before the future dated transaction also appear in blue, even thought they never were future transactions.

In the attached screen shot, the only transaction that was entered as a future one is the item dated Oct. 12. All others took place on the date indicated, but they became and still are highlighted.

The future transaction was done through the Mac MD application and synched with Dropbox. The color highlight does not show up in the desktop application after the date has passed. Also NOT using MD 2012.

    Ira,

I've been having some trouble re-creating this issue on my test devices- could you let me know if you've updated to iOS 6 and if so if the issue has continued? Let me know and we'll go from there,

    Angie--

I have not upgraded to iOS 6; I will be getting a new phone instead. I am using the current version of iOS 5.x.

The problem seems to have morphed into something else, but still exists. Specifically, any NEW transaction on the current date appears in blue, but eventually reverts to the white background in the future (see attached screen shot). I created the $1.00 withdrawal just before writing to you at 4:01 PM on Nov. 14. See the blue background. It has not always been like this for me with the MD iPhone app. Small annoyance, but nothing compared to not being able to synch computer to computers and with iOS devices with MD 2012. That kills upgrading for me.

Also, I do not see that it is possible for me to delete a transaction on the iPhone app. I can edit, but not delete (for example, the $1 transaction I just created for the screen shot). Must do it through the application on the computer.

    Thanks for your attention.--Ira

I have updated to iOS 6 on an iPhone 5 and the problems has still been present.

I have seen entries dated Dec. 7-13 all in the blue shading when viewed on Dec. 13. And unlike my previous screen shot, it does apply to more than one entry.
    Thanks again.
