I first started using Moneydance when I lived abroad, so it was originally set up in Euros and the reports for tax people were calculated in Euros, however, now I live back in the UK I need the reports to show GBP only, yet the reports continually convert totals to Euros which is confusing for our tax assistant, especially as I no longer have any overseas dealings. How can I prevent the reports from converting figures? I have tried to start a new setup and importing the files from the current setup, but that completely screwed up the balances and entries on all accounts. I just need to change the base currency to GBP from Euro.

My base currency is set to GBP, yet totals on the report are showing in Euros.

Resolved !
I have had to setup new categories for the same thing, but separate ones for each currency, i.e., Tax Paid Euro & Tax Paid GBP. Similarly with all other affected categories. Duplicates for each.
