Problem with Edit Report Settings Box

I had a problem with the Edit Report Settings dialogue box when it became invisible. This affected all the different reports that I checked, persisted when I closed and re-opened Moneydance, and also affected reports in other Moneydance files. I eventually suspected that the box was positioned off the screen, but I could not find a way of getting it back to be visible from within Moneydance.

The steps leading up to the problem were:
  1. Use the Select Accounts dialogue to choose about twenty accounts from my file (out of a possible fifty or so). Click OK and view the resulting report.
  2. Re-open the Select Accounts dialogue to make changes. The dialogue is now very wide, as all the account names are on a single line. After choosing another set of accounts (in fact one account), move the dialogue to the left so that the OK button becomes visible. Click OK and view the resulting report.
  3. Attempt to re-open the Select Accounts dialogue. It is not visible.

I eventually made the dialogue visible by making a small edit to a file in my .Moneydance folder - probably not a recommended procedure.

I am using Moneydance 2019.1 (1847) running under Windows 10.

Do others have this problem? Is there a way of fixing this from within Moneydance?

I suspect that allowing the long list of accounts to wrap onto one than one line would avoid this problem occurring.

    Hi PMAP,

Per the preview build change log, there has been some word-wrapping work done on builds 1859 and 1860.

The current preview build is 2019.2 (1865).
You can d/l the preview build here:

Thank you Kevin - this seems to have solved the problem
I have now updated to 2019.2 (1865), and when I select a long list of accounts, the Select Accounts dialogue does not become wide, and no longer needs to be moved to see the buttons. So far, success!
I note that the long list of accounts doesn't wrap onto new lines, just gets chopped off at the right. A very minor problem, and easily worked round.

I have also learnt from you about the preview builds and change log - thank you. I had assumed from the Download Page that 2019.1 was the latest version.
