Main Checking Account Doesn't Show Balance
Hi, new user here. I've set up my Wells Fargo accounts and everything seems to be working fine. Only issue i have so far is that my primary "Checking" account, shows a "$0.00" balance on the left sidebar where accounts are shown. I have it, and all of my other Wells Fargo accounts under, "Bank." If you go into the account, the register shows the transactions and balance fine.
I also noted, that if you click, "Summary" and look under 'Bank Accounts" that particular account is missing. Image attached.
Lastly, why does "Net Worth" reflect the total value of your accounts "Minus" your Loan balances? I only have my Mortgage set up since it's the only loan I have. My mortgage balance has nothing to do with net worth and in fact, since it's not taking into account your home's equity, it's completely wrong.
Can you assist?
Chris

I am not support staff, just a user.
Normally the reason an account that has funds displays zero in the side bar is that it has been set as inactive. Highlight the account in the side bar and check under ACCOUNT – EDIT ACCOUNT.
The net worth on the summary page is calculated based on Bank plus investments plus assets less credit cards, liabilities and loans. Perhaps you need to set up an asset account for the value of your home.
The net worth report in the side bar can be set in include or exclude any of the above.
Hope his helps.

Yep, thanks for the help. I figured out the zero balance issue almost immediately after sending in the request. Wasn’t aware of being able to set up an asset account. Good to know. Thanks for that.
