Reminders don't delete
Hello,
I have come to you before with this problem. I have not been able to fix this problem and it's very annoying. I can't delete reminders that were marked with auto commit before. I have tried everything and nothing works. They are still there, unmodifiable, they appear in my register, even for future dates. I have unchecked the auto commit transaction box, reinstalled the whole application, searched through the whole application, but nothing. You previously sent me some instructions that didn't work either. It's clearly an unresolved bug. I have the latest version of Moneydance 2019.2
It would be great if I could get support on the phone. I really hate having to write and write e mails and wait for responses.
Looking forward to your response.
Thanks
Beatriz

I'm a fellow user.
Providing world wide telephone support by any company apart from the very largest (e.g, Microsoft, Apple, IBM, HP etc) is next to impossible and TIK fits into the very small category.
Do you happen to be using the syncing feature within Moneydance?

I do use it. But, for example I haven’t been able to sync Moneydance to my ipad. It works on my phone, however.

Something that has been noted in the past is that if Syncing has problems it can present the symptom of data being rewritten back into the data set i.e. something that gets deleted comes back again.
The only way to test this is to disable syncing and see if the problem still occurs. If it doesn't then the syncing data should be completely removed before syncing is re-setup. If it doesn't help then it suggests there may be a problem within your data set.
