Just want to get started

Just purchased your product. I plan to set up all my accounts and budgets from scratch.
How the heck to I get started? I see no buttons / pulldowns for creating accounts!

Could you please send me a link for a user guide or at least a quick start guide.

    I'm a fellow user.

    These are forum systems rather then instant chat so responses are at a more email like speed.

    I would suggest you look at some of the knowledge base articles, it is sort of like an online manual. The structure is not probably what you are looking for but the details of getting started are there.
