Transfer of reminder

Hi guys.

Since around 3 months, the opérations stored as reminders are no more transfered on time in the checking account.
More precisely, I have the problem with only one of the two separate accounts I manage.
Do you know the reason, and is there a workaround or an action to do to dix this ?

    I you are running Moneydance 2019 you are probably syncing to another device. A new feature has been added to prevent reminder issue that can occur when syncing.

    On your primary computer check under PREFERENCES - NETWORK and ensure the box “Auto-commit Reminders (applies to current file on this computer)" has been tick.

    The box was'nt tick. I'll take your advice and check the results.
    I hope that's the right answer because I'm particularly annoyed about it.

    I'm having the same issue. Can this box be ticked on both of my synced computers, or just the primary?

    Hi Bill.
    From my side, this box appears only on the primary account. Consequently, I just had one action to do. And now it works well.
    Isn’t it the same case for you ?

    Hi Bill.

    When syncing you have one primary computer and one or more secondary computers.
    All syncing computers have the tick box “Auto-commit Reminders (applies to current file on this computer)" under PREFERENCES - NETWORK.
    You should only tick this box on one computer or you would be back in the situation before this tick box was introduced. That is on rare occasions a transaction can be duplicated being added from reminder from both computers. The tick box was the way the developer used to prevent this rare bug.

    Hi blenaour, from your post it sounds like you are only seeing the tick box on your primary computer? Are you running the latest build of 2019 on all your computers? 2019.3(1880) or preview build 2019.4(1888).
