Hi again,
This issue is still causing me some pain. I am only able to access the program via the data file. Launch pad, Dock and the application icon only result in the dock icon bouncing and the program appearing active when you click Command+option+esc. This program used to work fine. Can you offer any pointers please?

Thanks.

Ray

    Hi there,
Just a thought, could this be a Java problem? A permissions check revealed some java issues - now allegedly fixed, despite having only recently installed the latest version...

    Thanks,

    Ray

    Hi,
I Uninstalled Java, restarted the machine and reinstalled it... No noticeable change...

    Try re-downloading Moneydance 2011 for OS X:

    http://moneydance.com/download/2011/MacOS_X/

You will want to download the one titled Moneydance.zip

    Unzip file.

Move the resulting Moneydance program into your Applications folder.

    Morning James,
Sorry for the delay in replying. My computer system was in dire need of some TLC, so I have now wiped it clean and reinstalled Mountain Lion and all the other applications that I use - including MD. It all appears fine now, but my suspicions for this malfunction rest solely with the Java plug-in. Each time I did a permissions repair, the same two errors were reported with Java. I even updated to the newest version, but to no avail. The program did eventually launch before - well sometimes, but when it did, it took ages to come onscreen - five minutes plus was not uncommon.

Anyway, I thank you and your team for the interest and support that you showed and wish you well for the future.

    Best Regards,

    Ray
