My American Express Card Accounts stopped downloading

Hi,
I have two AmEx card accounts and both stopped downloading all of a sudden. Attached is a copy of the error I get for both.
Appreciate your help so I can fix them.

From reading other post it seems American Express have made changes to their system which means you have to disconnect and reconnect.
A fellow American Express customer, david.atherton, has suggested the following process,
(a) click on account name, go to Online menu, choose Set Up Online Banking (b) click Disable… button, then Yes (c) choose Online menu, then Set Up Online Banking (d) Financial Institution: American Express, then Next (e) Account: xxxxxxxxxxx, then Next (f) Choose account which matches the last 4 digits of your CC, then Next, then Finish (g) In Account/Edit Account… you’ll see the gibberish account number, with the correct last 4 digits - DO NOT CHANGE THIS (h) Quit MoneyDance - MOST IMPORTANT (i) Open MoneyDance
