When I try to download the users manual or documentation, I get an error window that reads, "There is a problem with Adobe Acrobat/Reader. If it is runnung, please exit and try again. (0:104).

I have the latest versions of Acrobat and Reader and the programs are not running. the problem still persists. Help, please.

    Hi Terry,

Are you able to open other PDF files? It may help to reinstall Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Uninstalling and reinstalling is worth a shot. I'm not aware of anyone else having similar problems with our user guide PDF, so it is quite strange that you would be having trouble opening that file specifically while others are working fine. You may also want to simply try redownloading the PDF, as there may have been an error in the initial download that is causing some problem.
