Reconciled in error
I was reconciling a credit card account and accidentally clicked "Done" when I really wasn't finished reconciling. As a result the reconciliation is inaccurate. How do I un-reconcile this account and start over?

Hi Jeff,
Just change the 'Cleared' status of the txns that you had reconciled in the last session back to 'Uncleared'.

Jeff,
Kevin is correct, just mark those transactions as "Uncleared" and you can re-reconcile. Good luck, and please let me know if I can be of further assistance,

I can mark the transactions as "Uncleared," but then when I try to re-reconcile the "Beginning Balance" is off, and it won't let me change it.
Thanks,
Jeff

Jeff,
The Beginning Statement Balance on the reconcile window is a calculated value, which is
Initial Balance of the Account+ Cleared Deposits - Cleared Payments
To change the Beginning Statement Balance, you'll need to adjust one of these variables. To change the Initial Balance of the account, open the account register and go to Account->Edit Account.
I hope this helps, and please let me know if I can be of further assistance,
