Mac OSX snow Leopard

Hello - I've just installed Snow Leopard OSX on my macbook and now my moneydance won't open.
Any ideas/ Suggestions? Help?

   Could you please let me know what version of Moneydance you're running, as well as what (if anything) happens when you try to open it? This will help us to get you back up and running,

   Hi Angie,

   When I click on it says "The application Moneydance.app can't be opened.  
   -1712

   I'm not sure which version I have but when I search for it i do get a music thing

   Ok, the simplest thing at this point is likely to reinstall Moneydance 2011, which you can download from here here. If this doesn't help do let me know and we'll keep working on it.

   You need to install Java for Snow Leopard from Apple.

   By default, when updating to Snow Leopard, Java is not installed.

   That is why Moneydance is no longer opening on your system.
