I am trying to access my files that are synced to DropBox. After authorizing with DropBox and scanning for files, I choose my file and am prompted for my pass phrase to unencrypt the file.

Upon entering my passphrase (which appears as plain text and is not hidden/obscured), only the cancel button is active. The finish button is greyed out and unresponsive to mouse clicks.

The version I am using is: 2019.3 and has been licensed.

    Hi Edward

The FINISH button will remain greyed out until the correct pass phrase is entered. Check the pass phrase you entered on your primary computer under FILE (MONEYDANCE on Mac) – SYNCING.

    Hope this helps.
