Problems syncing iPhone and mac

I have now paid and installed version 2019.3 (1880) . I also have removed the moneydance app from iPhone and installed it once more.
However, the problem is exactly the same as before. I can not put in a sum in iPhone app.

The problem is that nothing else than categories show on iPhone app. No numbers kan be punched in (actually, nothing happens when I press the digits on the "calculator" on frontside of the app. App and mac syncs - but only transactions WITHOUT numbers. The app also shows the last entry from desktop version, but not the sum and NO balance sums… just the categories.

See added log file and see also added app photo (this is not my app, just an example) My problem is that no numbers come up there at all when I try to make an entry.

I have synced using drop box folder, by the way.

I feel like I am about to loose my mind here - is this REALLY supposed to be this difficult? What seems to be the problem?

I really want to have this solved, it is extremely frustrating, and isn't this supposed to be a simple thing? And this problem has followed me for a time now, from older versions. Actually I gave up last year.

    This is not an issue I have read about before.

    In a way it sounds like an incompatibility between Moneydance mobile and your iPhone.

    To help support to help you can you post:
    Details of your iPhone version etc. Not a Apple user so not sure what this info should include, version/software version.
    Is this iPhone new or old? Has it ever synced to your Mac. Presumably you don’t have another mobile device you can try?
    If it did sync can you remember if there was an event that considered with the problem starting, iPhone software update, Moneydance Mobile app, update adding other apps to the iPhone etc.

    As a say I have never read of others having this issue so I can understand why you are losing your mind, but the more info you can think of to provide the better.
