Moneydance 2019.0 (1846). Back ups can be set to keep no more than 'n' files. This version does not manage this and appears to keep generating another file without deleting the necessary earlier file in order to maintain the desired number. The facility has worked previously, certainly with earlier versions. I do not recall if this version has always not managed it. Any thoughts?

    Hi Paul,

It looks like you are using an older version/build of Moneydance.

The latest Stable Release is 2019.3 (1880):

The latest Preview Release is 2019.4 (1899)

I would, at least, update to the latest Stable version to see if the problem persists.

    Regards,

    Tony (NOT from Moneydance Support)
