Thank you for contacting Moneydance support.

Which version and build of Moneydance are you using?
To check, open Moneydance and select Help --> About Moneydance (or Moneydance --> About Moneydance on a Mac) where the version and build number will be displayed.

Can you let me know which operating system you're running on your computer/s?

You will need to set the appropriate check printing preferences in Moneydance, within Preferences --> Check Printing. You may wish to refer to the 'Preferences' section for more information.

To use the check-printing feature, you will need to mark some of your transactions as to-be-printed.
This can be done by setting the check number field for the transactions to be printed as {Print}, as outlined in this article of the Knowledge Base.

I hope this information is helpful. Please let me know if you have further questions or need any assistance.

Thank you for your email,
Moneydance ver.: 2019
OS: Linux (UBUNTU 18.04)
The issue of printing check is not correlated to specific transaction in my
Bank account that moneydance synced with it . I intended to create a
template for that bank that I already connected to Moneydance so that I can
print for any amount and person or firm to send.
If is that possible to create check template of Bank that already synced in
moneydance with routing and ACC# of already in check (like a blank check
that bank five it to you which should be filled out) one can print and send
the check by mail to destination.

Regards
