    Hi applejack7695,

The current version of Moneydance relies on a 64-bit version of Java. Hence, Moneydance now requires a 64-bit OS to run.

Can you confirm that your Windows 10 installation is 64-bit?

To check, in Windows 10, go to Settings > System.
Click on 'About' in the left column.
In the 'Device specifications' section, look to the 'System type'.

Thank you for the answer.  I am running 32-bit and am in the process of upgrading to 64-bit.  Have a lot of checking and backing up to do before switching.
