Hello, a few weeks ago a problem suddenly developed where I was unable to download transactions from my financial institution. I searched the forum and found a fix, suggesting I download the new version of Moneydance (2008r2 (617)) assuming info for my bank had changed. After I downloaded the new version and started working again, I was able to download transactions.

Now, I am getting this message whenever I try to download anything (see below). All my accounts are with USAA. Please help!!

There was an error communicating with your financial institution. The details of this error are below.

A communication or parsing error occurred. This could be the result of a network problem, a proxy error, or misconfigured server.
Error Description: javax.net.ssl.SSLHandshakeException: java.security.cert.CertificateException: Untrusted Server Certificate Chain

Also a USAA customer having the same issue. It's the first time I've encountered this issue.

If you are not using the most recent preview version (2008r4 Build 643), please update to that version. You can download the update from our website at http://moneydance.com/preview. This update has resolved a few key issues our users have been experiencing, including some connection issues. I will also have our connection specialist look into this issue.

Please let me know if I can be of further assistance, and thank you for your interest in Moneydance.
