I'm getting some very strange Annual ROI figures. One example of many:

Investment Performance Report 01/01/2020 - 01/07/2020

BB Healthcare Investment Trust
01/01/2020 value £18376.22
Income £313.81
01/07/2020 value £21546.77
Gains £3484.46 (correct)
Return % 18.96 (correct)
Annual % ROI -5530.21 (I would expect a figure around +38)

Am I missing the point or is this a bug?

I'm using MD2019.3 (1880) on Windows 10

It is a bug. This has been around forever, I know the developer took a shot at it about a year or two ago and it improved but there are still cases that are way off. For some reason even with a positive Return you end up with a negative ROI. If you have a simple example that you can share publicly, please post it and see if the developer can debug it.
