I went to re-install the operating system on my laptop and also Moneydance. I then noted that after the download, the version is listed as 2012.5 (862) and the version on my desktop is 2019.9 (1880). Both the desktop and laptop are running linux.The file downloaded was (Unbuntu)( moneydance_linux_amd64.deb) and was working before I re-installed the system. Need to know how to get the same version on both machines as I was syncing them before (Dropbox) but now I cannot license the re-install. Since they are different versions, that might also provide issues.
