Schwab downloads missing transactions (and duplicating some)
After a few months of inattention, I caught up by downloading some 5 months of transactions from a Schwab investment account.
Almost every month was missing one or more BUY transactions which I had to enter manually in order to reconcile. The first and last months had some transactions duplicated. It looks like all the already-downloaded transactions in the first month got duplicated, and the one transaction for the current month (as of May 4, 2009).
Neither of these symptoms is good.
Next time I download, what can I capture of the downloaded data to help track down what is happening to the missing transactions? Or is there a log I can check now which might indicate why MD skipped those transactions? I just updated MD to 635 before starting my work this evening.

Oops, this is on Mac OS X 10.5.6 (Intel), java 1.5.0_16. But this has been happening for a long time, since well before 10.5 was released. I'd just like to help track down the problem, it's really irritating.

Better I think, no missing buy/sells or duplicated dividends. There was one
transaction missing, an xfer in to the account for $1.96. And one
transaction was downloaded as a xfer out which should have been an xfer in,
so I had to correct the sign.

There is some possibility that these issues are coming from Schwab's files, as opposed to from Moneydance. Is it possible for you to send us further documentation, preferably including this downloaded file?
