Hi Rob,
Unfortunately, connections to TD Bank are broken in Moneydance 2011, so you'll need to upgrade to get them to work again. I would suggest upgrading to the Moneydance 2012.2 preview release (which is close to being released an in a fairly stable state with many improvements and bug fixes over the 2012.1 version), which is located here:
http://infinitekind.com/preview
You're entitled to a free upgrade with your current license, so there's no need to purchase a new or additional license.
If you sync your data with an iOS device, that syncing is now built-in to Moneydance 2012, so you'll have to uninstall the Network Sync extension by going to Extensions -> Manage extensions, then scrolling down to the Network Sync extension and clicking the "Remove" button, then going to File -> Syncing and configuring syncing from there (you may be asked to give Moneydance permission to access your Dropbox folder, which is necessary for iOS syncing to work).
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance!

so, I just downloaded the 2012 preview version. how do I get all my data from my 2011 accounts and budgets to transfer to new version? It is not apparently obvious. I exported a qif file from old version, but that doesn't transfer all the info

Hi Rob,
Moneydance 2012 uses a new file format, so your .md files have to be converted. You can go to File -> Open -> Open other in the main Moneydance window, or use the Open Other button on the bottom left of the Welcome screen. Then navigate to the .md file you would like to use in Moneydance 2012 and open it--you'll then be presented with two options: Convert or Convert and Import. Repeat this process for each file you're migrating if you have more than one. Just converting the file leaves it where it is on your computer, whereas converting and importing bring the converted file into Moneydance's internal storage area, which may be easier to work with on the user end. If you prefer to choose the locations of your data set(s), then you want to choose "Convert only". After that you should be all set!
This also isn't a one way process. You can export your files again back to the Moneydance 2010 format (also used by 2011) if you need to do so for any reason.
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance!
