I have noticed that the "blue dot" indicator for a newly downloaded transaction is covered over by the text of payee/description entries that fill the visible field box. Often it is quite hard to then spot the "dot".

I would like to suggest that the "C" status column be used to indicate a newly, and accepted (now "i"), downloaded via an expanded range of characters, perhaps "A" for excepted (but not reconciled) and a lightning bolt check mark for downloaded and reconciled. maybe just have two characters. Differing colors would be helpful too, but (of course) insufficient by themselves as function differentiators.
