Online Payees disappeared
My bank just recently got sold to PNC. They changed my account & routing number, not to mention a lot of other stuff; however, when I got that all sorted out, so Moneydance will now upload my account transactions, all my online payees have disappeared. They still appear in reminders, and in my check register, but not in my online payees.
Is there any way to get them back, or to upload them again from where they're stored at my bank?

I apologize that you have waited so long for this reply. Your payees information is derived from your bank's information. Is the issue now resolved?

Thanks! No, I can't get into my bank. It got bought, and the new
people have locked me out. They are working on it. Maybe this is why
my online payees disappeared?

This seems quite possible. If you let us know the name of the bank (before it was purchased by PNC), we can look into the issue further.

It was either Nation City or Nation Bank, can't remember which.

Because Moneydance does not store this information, but gets it directly from your bank, we only have the online payee information provided to us by your bank. I am sorry I do not have a more satisfying answer for you.

Actually, that's a very satisfying reply, if that means that as soon as
I can get logged back into my bank (their fault, not Moneydance's), they
will reappear.
