Setting up online download
Hi-
Citibank is one of the banks listed for online banking. I've set it
up, but it is not recognizing either my user ID or password. These
are the same that I use on Citibank's website to sign on. I read on
this support that there is a difference between web base and direct
connect. Can I not use these for direct connect? Or is direct
connect not supported by Moneydance for Citibank. I had no trouble
with my Chase credit cards.

Direct Connect is the only connection type supported by Moneydance.
You might have to enable Direct Connect service with your Citibank account at Citibank. In doing so, Citibank may require alternate log in credentials.
Be aware also, that many Financial Institutions will charge a nominal fee for their Direct Connect service.
