BUT it sounds like the program is corrupted. I have heard of this on these boards. What OS (I have only heard of this with windows) and what version of MD are you using?

sthtag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/486671782020-09-27T22:07:59Z2020-09-27T22:07:59ZI did not reconcile last month

It’s operating now on a version I did not purchase. It says 2019. I
purchased another version not sure which one it was but it’s not this one.

It looks totally different. And I can’t exit it. It won’t close. I am
using Mac air Catalina.

Thank you for your reply

Kristin Keeseytag:infinitekind.tenderapp.com,2009-01-14:Comment/486671782020-09-27T22:16:57Z2020-09-27T22:16:57ZI did not reconcile last month

For MacOS Catalina you need a very recent version of MD. I am not sure which version will run under Catalina but it is either a very late 2019 and/or 2020. I would suggest updating to at least the latest Mac OS version and possibly the preview version 2020.2.

If you had purchased MD 2019 the upgrade would be free, but if you purchased an earlier version then the upgrade is half price.

Did you purchase through the App store or directly from Infinite Kind?
Thanks for that. Since I am still running El Capitan I haven't checked that minimum version. It would be nice if there was a table.

The App store only lists 2020.1 which will work but requires and upgrade. If you do decide to purchase the upgrade, you should purchase it directly from Infinite Kind since that allows more control over versions.

The App store is supposed to allow redownload of previously purchased software. You can try to "compress" the App and then delete it leaving the .zip file. Then go to the App store and look under purchased items and re-download the app.

If that doesn't work, just expand the zip file and all is back.

I'm not expecting TiK to provide such a table anytime soon, it has been suggested that version requirements should be published but that suggestion has not gone anywhere. The version information is a little obscure in that the only place I have largely seen it is in the change log.

dwg
