Constant saving
I'm running the newest version (846) on Mac 10.7.5, because I was having freezing problems. That seems to be fixed, but now it is constantly saving, live every 5 or 10 seconds it auto saves, which takes 3 or 4 seconds (file size is about 26M). I especially notice this when reconciling an account. I check off 4 or 5 items, and it freezes for 3-4 seconds while the file saves. This is very annoying when reconciling a big credit card account. Is this normal behavior? I did not see a preference to slow down how often it saves.

Hi Pete and Sue,
Yes, the autosave function was changed to be automatic (instead of user configurable) and save within 10 seconds of new data being entered. We got reports of slow down for some people with large data files (like yourself), so some tuning was done in preview release 848 that will hopefully fix that issue (848 should be released to the preview page soon). Could you try to download that version when the page is updated (I'd suggest trying later today) and see if that fixes the slowness you're seeing?

It seems to be much better. I haven't tried reconciling a large account yet, but I do notice less time saving.
