download not working

i recently downloaded moneydance but not seeing an icon or any gesture that the download is successful. not seeing any area for the registration number

   Hi Maurice,

   We've just released an updated version of Moneydance, which you can download from here:

   http://infinitekind.com/downloads

   so I would recommend downloading it again and remembering where it downloaded (did you check your Downloads folder and your Desktop?) or selecting "Run" if you have the option.

   Thanks much, but I have requested a refund.  moneydance is not working wth multiple bank and credit accounts that I have.
