Category Tags
Whenever I download new transactions they all have the same category tags and I have to go through each transaction and change the tag. I thought at some point it would start recognizing the category tags when it downloaded the transactions. All the category tags say ATM Withdrawal. Is there a way to make the category tags "stick"?

First I want to clarify that category and tag a re two different field. Category is the top field and tag is the bottom in that column.
Automatic categorization of transactions is based on the historical transaction in the same account. The more you manually categorize your transactions the better the auto assigning will become.

The name of the column is called Category Tags. But ultimately it is for categorizing transactions. Some of the transactions I have changed the categorization for the whole year, but yet its continue to categorize it with "ATM Withdrawal". Maybe I am doing it wrong? What I do to change the category when it is wrong is right click, Bath Change, Category and then change it there. Thank you!

Each transaction has two rows. The column title has two parts, a top part and a bottom part. The bottom part refers to the bottom row of the transaction.
To change the category on an existing transaction double click on the transaction to put it in edit mode then enter the desired category in the category field. Press enter to record the change.
