I downloaded the free trial version but cant open it. It is just a folder on my desktop.

What operating system are you running? Which version of Monydance did you download? i.e. Which link did you click on when you downloaded the file?

Actually I did get it running. But now I am a little confused on how to write checks so I can print them. Is there a check writing option?
