We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.
Which version and build of Moneydance are you using?
To check, open Moneydance and select Help --> About Moneydance (or Moneydance --> About Moneydance on a Mac) where the version and build number will be displayed.
Can you let me know which operating system you're running on your computer/s?
Are you running the latest Quote loader version 3038?
To check, launch Moneydance and navigate to Extensions->Manage Extensions.
Can you post some example securities, there full names, there ticker symbols and the last price you have for each and I will test. The best way to do this is to post a screen shot of the Quote Loader window after you have clicked Get Prices.
I set up a data set and entered your first 15 securities and as you can see all returned prices.
Tested on windows 10 Moneydance 2021.1(3069) Quote Loader 3038.
1. In the Quote Loader window click HELP – TURN DEBUG ON/OFF to DETAILED.
2. Close Moneydance then reopen
3. Open Quote Loader and click GET PRICES.
4. On completion close Moneydance and post errlog.txt file.
If you're using Mac OS, it should be located at one of these locations within your Home folder:
~/Library/Containers/com.infinitekind.MoneydanceOSX/Data/Library/Application Support/Moneydance/errlog.txt or:
If you have any trouble finding your Home Library folder you can open Finder and hold down the option key while selecting the Go menu and the Library folder option should occur or you can open Finder and select Go -> Go to Folder and copy and paste in the following:
~/Library This should pull up your local Library folder.
If you're using Windows, it should be located under your login directory at:
C:\Documents and Settings(yourusername).moneydance\errlog.txt
Depending on your version of Windows
If you're using Linux it should be located in your home folder at:
