This is caused by the options present for confirming transactions.
Similar payees are shown, but the choices don't make a lot of sense.
The criteria for inclusion in the list of options seem to be based on faulty assumptions because the likelihood of a correct choice appearing and being first in the list is low.
Further, the keyboard shortcut will use the selected confirmation option, which is many times, not the correct one either initially, or after making desired changes to the transaction. The list should update based on the changes I made and the selection should change to the transaction as modified. Further, the list of choices should be based on:
Contents of the description as modified (Fliter out generic descriptions such as "PURCHASE")
A regular expression applied to the MEMO to remove dates and authorization numbers

Finally, there's a lot to do when confirming a transaction:
1. Maybe mark it cleared
2. Change the Category
3. Split the transaction similarly to previous splits for the same payee, example: Cash 40.00, Groceries 32.75 Total 72.75 - New transaction splits as Cash $40, Groceries 12.75 Total 52.75
4. Since the new split may be for a different amount, allow the user to modify the split amount. For example, this time I got $50 cash not 40.
