I sounds like you may be clicking on the download button at the top of the register.

This starts what has been referred to as an Internal Browser within Moneydance. The ultimate aim of this is to be able to work somewhat like Quicken's Web connect but be more generic and potentially work with any bank.

This capability however is still very much in early development and has not received the attention it needs in recent times. So I expect to see various errors wit different banks and yours is one of the common errors seen.

At this stage you should continue to use your system browser, and thus use Chrome.

To call on the system browser whilst in Moneydance you have a number of ways:

Hold the key (Windows/Linux) key (Mac) while you click on the Download button.

Use the menu command Online --> Open Account Website when viewing the account transactions.
