data file reverted back to an earlier version without including recent updates
Hello,
I have been updating my expenses for the past couple months after I went back and entered everything from the previous 10 months. For some reason, from November forward is not in Moneydance but from November back is. I cannot figure out why this is. Please help.

Hi spengordon,
When looking at the buttons above your register, is the "All" button selected? You could be filtering out newer transactions if one of the other buttons is selected.
Also, what version of Moneydance are you using? This can be found by going to Help -> Console window in Moneydance.

Hi,
Thanks for the version info.
It is possible that you at some point unintentionally started saving your data to a different file then the one you were previously. Can you tell me the name of your file (you'll see it in the title bar of the Moneydance window)?
Also if you do a search of your computer for filenames of the following text '*.md' do any other files come up?
Sincerely,
Jon Hoover, Moneydance Support

Hi,
It looks like at some point you accidentally opened up a back up copy of Moneydance and switched to that file. I am curious of these two files, does one of them have your missing data:
The very first file at the top of the list
or
The eighth file down that has (nearly) the same name as the first file.
Thanks.
Sincerely,
