Licence not accepted

hi there
I've just bought a licence and have tried to put the registration code into my existing Moneydance download. It's not accepting the number but no options available. Can you assist? the reg no ends in -43620ABA

If you have just purchased Moneydance you must run Moneydance 2021.
Can you post the version of Moneydance you are running. e.g. 2021.2(3095)

hi thanks. I'm actually using 2017.5 How would I upgrade to the 2021 version?

Hi Morag
Make sure you have a backup of your data then download from https://infinitekind.com/preview
Then install. Your current data should be found by the new install of Moneydance and open.
