Hi

Ive just downloaded Moneydance onto my new laptop and added my account key bit I can't the account that was on my old laptop. How do I do this ?

    Hi Tim,

    I can see you’ve received a reply from one of our knowledgeable Moneydance customers. To add to this useful information I thought it's worth mentioning that your data files and the actual software are stored separately within your system. Do you still have access to your old computer? If so, you should locate your data file and copy it to your new laptop as outlined in this Knowledge Base article.

    Please let us know if you have further questions or need more assistance.

    Success! Just moved Moneydance to my new laptop. Thanks to both of you for your help and advice. I was struggling before you sent me the relevant information links.
