Syncing after restore.

In Moneydance Version 2021.1 (3069) I have a file that is synced via Dropbox between a Linux and Windows machine (as well as an Android and iPhone). While trying to re-categorize some transactions, I messed things up enough that I decided to restore from backup. That all worked as expected, but in the restored file, Sync Method is set to Don't Sync, and I can't change it. If I create a new file, I have the option to sync.

Install toolbox extension. Advanced mode. Click promote to primary button.
