sync problems with Mac

My wife uses Moneydance on her MacBook Pro and is experiencing the following problem: she can enter transactions into MD on her iPhone, but the last transactions to sync onto her MacBook are from nearly 3 weeks ago. I purchased the newest MD version for her, but this did not solve the problem. I also turned off DropBox sync and then turned it back on. No good. What suggestions next? Thanks in advance.

    You can try this.

    File/new/open sync copy. Select the Dropbox sync folder. See if this rebuilds you a new dataset ok. Verify it all looks ok with you.

    If not, file/open your original dataset. At this point we will have to setup a new sync relationship from your computer, but u will loose the last 3 weeks’ iPhone txns?
