Lettering has become jumbled.

When I opened up my Moneydance today, the lettering is squished together along with the amounts. It has never done this before. Any suggestions?

What version of MD are you using? What operating system?

There have been some issues with Darkula font, and also with Monterey. Version 4060 fixes some of them.

From what I can tell in the jumbled lettering, my MD version is 2014. My operating system is macOS Monterey version 12.0.1.

Mac operating system upgrades mess old programs up. MD 2014 is quite old in the "Mac environment", as Apple doesn't worry about breaking them.

Given your assertions, you will either need to go back to an earlier system (something no one ever does), or upgrade Moneydance.

If you purchased direct from Moneydance, you can upgrade for half price.

If you purchased from the app store, I suggest (your choice) that you buy afresh from Moneydance direct, as what you would buy from the app store is an older version.

    Hope that helps.

Thanks for your help. I just upgraded but I haven't installed it yet. Hopefully that will do the trick.

Make sure you bought a 2022 license, and that you install 2022.2(4060)
