Hi. Everytime I select a 'Category' the app crashes. Basically, cant enter any transaction.

Running on Version 2022.2 (4060) on Mac 10.15.7 Catalina

The next time this happens, can you send me your errlog.txt file? This may contain more detailed error messages, even if the program has crashed before being able to display them. If you're using Mac OS X, it should be located at one of these locations within your Home folder:

    ~/Library/Containers/com.infinitekind.MoneydanceOSX/Data/Library/Application Support/Moneydance/errlog.txt

    ~/Library/Application Support/Moneydance/errlog.txt

If you have any trouble finding your Home Library folder, open Finder, select Go -> Go to Folder -> from the menu bar, and copy and paste in:

This should pull up your local Library folder.

Please see attached. Still cant use Moneydance. It looks like it keeps crashing. Reinstalled the program but still has the same issue.

Very odd. There is no error message. What happens if you turn iCloud sync off. Does it still ‘crash’?

Are you using a second monitor, for instance?
Did you try rebooting your computer after running the update?
