Please refund

This software does not work with my bank, please refund.

    I would be happy to authorize a refund and I am inclined to offer you technical assistance first. This is not an attempt to get out of giving you a refund, if that is what you want let me know and I will authorize it today. However if there is something specific you believe that I might be able to assist you with I am at your service.

    Can you clarify which bank you are trying to connect to? And which service are you using to try to connect? Direct OFX connections or the newer Moneydance+ service through Plaid? Are you receiving any error messages, and if so what are they?

    I have already talked with the bank.  They told me they don't support your type of data transfer.  They suggested Quicken.

    Hi Mike,

    Often banks will advise they don't support Moneydance and only support Quicken. However, if your bank supports OFX Direct Connect, you will be able to connect from within Moneydance. If you let me know the bank(s) you use, I can check which connection methods they support.

    I wasn't able to locate your purchase history using your email address. If you'd like to proceed with the refund, can you let me know the email address you used to purchase Moneydance?

    If you have purchased Moneydance from a third-party store (like the Mac App Store or the Microsoft Store) you will have to go through their site directly to process your refund request. They will honour the 90-day money-back guarantee that we offer.

    That is the email address I already searched for.
    I've checked again, but couldn't see any purchase records associated with that email.

    Are you certain you purchased from our website directly? And not from the Mac App Store?

    Did you receive a purchase receipt email, and if so, who is the vendor?
    If you can't locate the receipt, can you let me know which vendor is listed against the purchase on your bank statement?
