to say that we have been snowed under with questions about
Moneydance 2010. I spoke to our developer, who advised that you
should open the QIF file using a text editor, make sure the
characters are correct, and then save the file using the UTF-8
encoding. Moneydance assumes that the QIF files includes text
encoded as UTF8.</p>
<p>Please let me know if this does not resolve your issue, and we
will look into other solutions.</p>

exported from Quicken and doing a global replace for each of the 3
