"Open in Preview"
I upgraded to Version 2022. I used to be able to "Open in Preview" when I clicked on the "Print" command. Now when I click on "Open in Preview" the command goes to the printer directly and the printer prints out the page/s. I need this "Open in Preview" because I want to put some files back to back. Can you help me with this issue? I am using a MacBook Pro with the macOS Big Sur version 11.6. Thank you for your help

Hi Margaret,
We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.
Other customers have reported the same problem and it seems to be a Java issue with the newest MacOS. There is an existing ticket in our ticketing system about this and I've attached it to this discussion. The developers will be looking into it and we will notify you when there are any updates on the topic.
Please let us know if we can be of further assistance!
