<p>For anyone to be able to help you need to provide more information.<br>
What is your computer operating system, Windows, Mac or Linux and its version.<br>
What version/build of Moneydance are you running e.g. Moneydance 2021.3(4061)<br>
You state I have nothing what do you mean? Post a screen shot of what you see. When you open Moneydance does it look like you have just created a new data set using FILE (MONEYDANCE on Mac) – NEW? Have you used FILE (MONEYDANCE on Mac) – OPEN to see if your data set is listed?<br>

<p>In addition to what derekkent23 already mentioned, can I ask you if you have upgraded your operating system recently (to Big Sur or Monterey), perhaps?<br>
I've checked our records using your email address and I have located your purchase history. I can confirm your license key is valid for use with Moneydance 2017, Moneydance 2019 and Moneydance 2020.<br>
However, if you have upgraded your operating system you might need to upgrade Moneydance as well.<br>
To do so, you can simply enter your current license key <a href="https://infinitekind.com/update">here</a>.</p>

Is this the same Account Book data file? Is it empty? Or are you not finding the data file.<br>
What OS? What version of MD?<br>
Have you loaded the Toolbox extension and used it to search for data files?<br>
Have you upgraded your OS since August? Different account?<br>
Did you keep your MD files in the default location?<br>
You did not turn off automatic backups, right?<br>

<p>You have had three replies to your request for help but you have not answered the questions in those post. If you want others to help you need to answer the questions.</p>
<p>The only thing you posted was:</p>

<p>All very vague.</p>
<p>If you purchased an upgrade key for Moneydance 2022 from <a href="https://infinitekind.com/purchase">https://infinitekind.com/purchase</a> you should have been sent an email with the key from a company called Paddle. Check your trash.</p>

But did you update your OS or why are you updating and this will not fix a lost file. There are several people trying to help here, but without answers and information there isn't much we can do.<br>
