Java Exception running Money Foresight Tool
I downloaded the MD 2022.3 (4061) beta tonight and find that Money Foresight does not work due to a Java exception. Screen shot of the error is attached.

I'm a fellow user.
Moneydance 2022 bundles Foresight into the core software so you no longer install the extension. The Foresight options are under the tools menu.

Make sure that the old extension is truly gone. Possibly using the "Toolbox" extension from Stuart Beasley.

How do I make sure it is gone? Need detailed steps.
It is not listed when I go to Manage Extensions. This did not happen until
I went to this version. I saw a Java upgrade to v17 was listed in the
release notes.

Could you try temporarily removing all extensions by going to the extensions folder (open Finder, select Go to folder menu, then enter ~/Library/Containers/com.infinitekind.MoneydanceOSX/Data/Library/Application\ Support/Moneydance/fmodules/ and then press enter. Finally remove any .mxt files there.
You can remove the extension folder by navigating to Local Disk(C:)>Users>Your Name>.moneydance/fmodules
You should simply remove any .mxt files there.
You may want to reboot your computer after that and launch Moneydance.
Alternatively, install the Toolbox extension from Extensions->Manage Extensions. Load Toolbox and choose Advanced mode by navigating to Toolbox Options at the top right corner. Choose Menu General tools->Fix: Delete Orphaned extensions.

Thanks! Case Closed. There was a foresight.mxt in that location. After
removing it and restarting, all is well.
