<p>We are sorry to hear about the problem you have encountered.</p>
<p>Firstly, I would recommend updating Moneydance to the latest preview version.<br>
Moneydance 2022.3 (4062) is now available to download from <a href="https://infinitekind.com/preview">this page</a>.<br>
Please note you should run the update on both machines.<br>
Then, you should proceed as follow:<br>
1. Set all computers to Don’t Sync.<br>
2. After running the update<br>
3. Restart the syncing process<br>
4. From the Primary computer (where you data is stored in the <a href="https://infinitekind.tenderapp.com/kb/file-locations-and-changes/default-file-location">default location</a> you should navigate to <strong>File–> Syncing</strong> and choose Dropbox Folder<br>
5.Take note of your passphrase or set one - you will need to enter the same on the other computer<br>
6. On the secondary computer, please navigate to <strong>File –> New– >Open Synced File</strong> choose the same sync method and enter the same passphrase as the primary computer.</p>
