Time format in “Getting Started with Moneydance” window doesn’t match system locale

On OS X 10.8, if you set time to display in 24-hour format, Moneydance still uses a 12-hour format with AM or PM in this window.

See the attached screenshot which shows the menu bar time in 24-hour format, and Moneydance's window in 12-hour.
